AdSense Website Needed

I am looking for a Website Designer / AdSense expert who can create me a AdSense optimized site in a excellent unique niche that will generate at least $20 to 25$ per day on average. I Will only Release Payment when i Will Get First Payment at Least : 300$ No gambling, adult or pharmacy. No illegal activities or non-compliant AdSense content. My site must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDS, if you are not capable to deliver this task in full detail, then please DO NOT BID! (If all Terms are NOT MET I will not release your payment. so do not waste my time or yours.) Terms: - Write the SEO optimized high paying unique content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating for at least 6 months. - Only White Hat - You MUST follow Google AdSense rules and regulations. - Website / AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. No bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, - NO Black Hat - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharmacy, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with $25 usd/day minimum 2yrs + - Must contain related images to niche topic - Must Be AdSense optimized I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my AdSense account and receive my first payment. I will hold the payment until this. Then I will release the payment. No partial payments. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points: • Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily without any work from my side • Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable. Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within AdSense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my AdSense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
