building of a proffesional website

for a company in founding i am looking for a website based on open source platform. (e.g. Joomla) the website needs to have my company style, and possibilities to grow along with the company easily. it needsto have a cms so i can create and change content on the site without having to ask anyone. furthermore i want all property rights and sourcecodes to have complete independency. - Needs to have a form for subscription to our newsletter - needs to say ''copyright inplast 2012'' at the bottom - ''individual design'' - clickable pictures - clickable icons that look like my products (4 or 5) - i will later add the text. In the future there needs to be build a webshop in the website and possibly able to link to the order systems of other companies (on this one i'll need advice. and again later on, it needs to be linked to my own order systems, so that all goes automated and i just have to supervise.
