I am based in Melbourne, Australia. Your project is the exact type of work that I am capable of performing, however, I noticed the tasks set out will not complete your website. Is this intended so you can start on a small project with a new developer before going into more works? The tasks are described clearly and would be for my bid price but it does not give you a completed site in the end so thought I may as well ask first.
