Need Changes To Website

I want changes to my wordpress website C Star theme. I need someone who can improve the functionality and enhance the look of my website. What's important to know is that I don't want major changes to the design. HERE ARE THE AREAS THAT I WANT CHANGE: 1. I WANT THE NAVIGATION MENU changed to highlight the categories better and the words to take up less space by being made smaller. When I click on the current navigation menu categories the words fades to black. I do not like this feature. I prefer the categories be highlighted in a lighter or darker shade of color. Also some of the current categories need to be position in the sidebar, instead of in the navigation menu. 2. I WANT THE SLIDER ON THE HOMEPAGE CHANGED AND NEW IMAGES ADDED. As an alternative, you could add a video in that space, if you know how to find content for my site's theme, and implement this feature. 3. The POSTS AND IMAGES need to be sized and positioned on the page for a better look and to make it easier for visitors to read the articles. Also. I want that gray bar that appears across the top of the pages when a post is clicked on removed. Also, I want that gray bar that appear across the top of the pages when a post is clicked on removed. 4. I WANT THE CURRENT DESIGN TO FEATURE AND HIGHLIGHT THE POSTS AND IMAGES BETTER. Even though I don't want major changes to the basic design, I welcome improvement to it that can enhance the design to make it more attractive. Images can be removed and replaced. This can be done through the site's admin area. Timeframe: Within 3 to 5 days. If more time is needed, I'm willing to be flexible about it for a couple of extra days to complete this project successfully. Requirements: Must be experience in CSS, php, wordpress, website design, and photoshop. Must maintain all links when making changes to site. I Don't Want any Broken Links to Occur On My Website, As A Result of Changes You Made. Milestone: Please Pay Attention! If you want a 100% or 50% milestone to be funded upfront, this project is not for you. I will only fund a 30% milestone for the initial start. After there is progress I will fund an additional 30% milestone for progress toward the completion of the project. I will fund the remaining milestone when the project is completed to my satisfaction. I'm looking for someone who wants the client to have satisfaction with their work. I want someone I can depend on for quality and excellent work that can lead toward other projects, because of my satisfaction.
