I NEED SOMEONE TO EDIT THE HTML OF MY WEBSITE

I recently bought a wordpress premium template for my site. I didn't k think that it would be very difficult for me to edit it. I need a very simple edit for the positioning of banner and ads in my site. The specifications I placed below MUST strictly be followed. I want a space to be added for a horizontal banner below the tittle. Do not touch the space consumed by the tittle, just "insert" another space IN BETWEEN the tittle and the body. So what will happen is that the body will move down. Also, I will need to put a square google ad at the top of the side bar. It will be followed by the "Popular Categories", then "Search by Keyword" (which I want replaced as a general search box for the whole site / or google search, not just keyword). After that, a square ad box for adbrite, then popular tags, then an html square with a button, then about us. I want this done ASAP, while I am online because I will be sleeping in 3 hours. Please lowest bid, and NO UPFRONT payments! I hope to work with the right one! By the way, if you know about how to make my site to page 1 in google and give me 1k or more visitors each day, Inform me.
