oscommerce store mods - should be easy.

I need these jobs done. nice and easy stuff. *Oscommerce Store * 1) in the categories left hand box. a) the products that are listed are in the standard OScommerce text. I need this to look better . b) my main header product listing needs to look better. --- Currently looks like this ---- Action, Adventure-> (76) 2) i have 2 other stores sharing the database of my main store and Header Tags installed in both ofther stores , All works great apart from when searching the 2 other sites in google , Its picking up header tags from the main store. So the 2 other store look like my main store when searching in google. this needs to be fixed. ( htaccess issue i think) 3) on checkout i need an additional option added ( add an additional product to purchased item (upgrade option) . In oscommerce i can do this for each item, But i want this in place all the time unless i specify .
