Dear all, we need to build a website using PHP/Mysql for IT company with the following main features : - Home: Contain main description of the company and the products and services with side gadgets for latest news , latest products - Products & Services: Can be managed from admin control panel to add products and services and the client can “inquire” any of the products or services for more info. - Support contain two parts mainly , one " Technical Support " which we can use a support center script for it , and the other is " downloads" which can be accessed only with login and password for agents which can be register for accounts , and the accounts can be confirmed after registration , activated from control panel . - News Contain company news and projects history. - About us : Contain partners , distributors or agents information , company profile , and the company contact info. Only partners will be allowed to access more detailed information and download it after getting approval for access. We can get inquiry and quotation with partners through Web site. *The admin control panel can manage and edit any part of the website easily. - the products and services can have : name , picture and description ( using full features editor script ) - the news have " title" , " date " and " description" .. news will be viewed in the news page with title , date , and few lines of description , and by clicking on it will access full description. - in support : the support ticket center must be integrated with the agents database ( the ones who registered and activated ) and no other ones are allowed to access support center , and the downloads section also require login for agents. the download section have categories and subcategories and then the downloads , each download have icon , title and description. - about us have several pages , each one can be edited using full features editor script , and the contact us page contains contact form which store the contacts in the website database and forward it to an email.
