social media management software system for end users

i am looking for someone to develop a php social media mangement software application. framework must have a "default theme" so we can customise the usage and feel of the site. integration for gocardless direct debit api. master user login with ability to suspend customers etc emailing system for account sign up, password reset etc. system must allow customer to sign into website with their own user id and password, then be able to manage their facebook linked and twitter accounts in the form of posting articles using 0auth technology. must be able to create profiles in their user area for multiple logins, so one account can have 10 users for instance. auto monthly billing collected by direct debit. (fully autonomous with management for master user) user must be able to add more than 1 company to their profile and pay a fixed fee for each - increasing their monthly cost etc. if you would like to know more information then let me know. nda will need to be signed by successful candidate..
