4 Things done to a PHP based website

When a person joins and selects them self as a man, then the woman box is auto checked so and and user can not select any other option. Same goes for the woman. This should work the same way on profile search. 2. On the site there is already ability to add video with file uploads and and with Youtube code..I dont want a bunch of files on my server and want them to only be able to use the Youtube code option. 3. I want it so that when users join my site, their name and email Fwds. to my getresponse autoresponder. 4. If possible to EASILY implement a different Captcha I would Love to have a new one..as the one on the site now is UGLY...again, only if is something EASILY SWAPPED because I dont want to change if its something that will take a long time as the budget for this is as minimal as possible.
