We need a web developer to create an online marketplace where users can trade various new and used products. To do so sellers need an annual subscription where payment is required by credit card or paypal. Buyers do not need to register - seller contact information and products info will be available for free. Registered users must be verified by domain names of their emails (online admin section to add or modify domain list is required). Customers are from the same area so no shipment calculation is required. Products must to be organized by categories/subcategories (possibility to add unlimited depth of categories) and they need to be searchable by given parameters and keywords. Products, registered users database must be scalable (online admin section where the administrator can add new columns for each table tables). The site must be optimized for search engines, like having unique title tugs, h1/h2 tags, flat URLs with keywords in the URLs, CSS based design and W3C valid code, and must be written in LAMP system (php, mysql, apache, Linux system).
