This project is to design and develop a frame for deployment into an existing website. Current site is built using PHP and sits on a MySQL database. Current site is very much in the Web 1.0 context and needs an upgrapde Web 2.0+. There are likley two frames to develop the "Public" external pages and a second for the "Internal" application pages. The primary Public for the site will stay in place for the time being, however, the primary landing pages (for two different types of users) shall be the point of departure for the new site design.
