Business directory plugin, data import compatible with WP sitemap

I have a business directory dataset. it is in CSV format. It has roughly 4000 records There are 3 levels of categories. (Toplevel category, sub-category, sub-sub category) I wish to have a WordPress plugin installed that can display the imported business directory on a WordPress site. It must be compatible with 3 levels of categories so that it is browse-able and also keyword searchable. It must also be able to add pages (categories) to the sitemap.
