Front End UI Wordpress with Bootstrap - SugarCRM community edition Back End

I want to develop a portal for Listings ( First will be RealEstate website, second will be Autos website)

A) I want the front end UI to be build in Wordpress ( other ideas are welcome but as second choices.

I want a responsive website first choice is Bootstrap with Wordpress.

B) I need a SugarCRM dev. to build the integration on the back end.

- I need a Sugar module for photos that are related to Listings. Pictures are related to Listings via SugarCRM Relationships

- Owner Listings are related to Contacts or Accounts via SugarCRM Relationships

- I need a way to export properties in Wordpress listings.

- Also Wordpress webforms integrated with Sugar. Users can add their Ads ( real estate or autos) and datas must be saved in Contacts, Accounts and Properties / Autos Modules (custom Modules that must be created).

- Other Web Foms for contacts must save as Leads as well.

C) Integration between SugarCRM CE and Wordpress must be made via REST API. Other solutions also can be take in consideration. but with arguments

D) Front End UI Wordpress must have account where they can manage their own listings.

Their authentication must be supported by [url removed, login to view] must be replicated to SugarCRM.

E) Admin must approve listings / suspend accounts / publish / unpublish listings .

F) A payment method must be integrated for listing ads per level bases ( Free / Futured / samd) into the Future

G) Knowladge regarding scalability and security issues regarding SugarCRM community edition Back End are very appreciated.

H) For a Listing we want to generate an PDF + newsletter + link with Listing detalis

I) Some graphs must be generate in wordpress regarding price evolution for same type of properties / area zone

If you have other suggestions to use for a back end, hopefully opensource, program that I can integrate, I am willing to hear suggestions.

I want a long programming relationship because I have clients and I need support for all my worldwide projects.

Most of them are PHP / AJAX / mysSQL / IOS / Andorid related.

All time I have on role programming requests and for most of them I want mobile development.

Also I develop business relationship with my clietns and partners that need Integration and future development between: CRMs / Portals / web Shops / Mobile IOS, Android apps / CSS Framework responsive Websites ( generally Wordpress solutions) samd.

I expect a accurate price for core project ( in this case Sugar modules development and integration with Wordpress ) and a realist time planning.
