Facebook-like website and PHP work

The general idea is a facebook-like website, complete with frontend and backend. ( posting wall messages, friends, groups, video uploads, profile details, profile view restrictions, image galleries etc ). The website will need PHP work and good team to do it. We need portofolio examples with the "WOW" factor, meaning they need to look awsome and also be complex. ## Deliverables We are looking for a team that will fill in the development needs for a new website we are building. The general idea is a **facebook-like website**, complete with **frontend and back**end. ( posting wall messages, friends, groups, video uploads, profile details, profile view restrictions, image galleries etc ). The code can be built using Zend Framework ( nothing else ) or custom coding ( no premade scripts ). **OOP coding is highly necessary**. PHP Serialize functions are also highly recommended to reuse objects. We are looking for a modularized coding work ethic, so the website can be extended without having to go through each page. Debugging measures should also be implemented either through emailing errors or extensive logging of problems. Each function should have an explanation of what it does, input paramenters and also what it returns to ease programming & development in the future. This can be acomplished either using PHPdocumentor or plain comment writing, whatever works best. **The website will require PHP, AJAX & Flash work ( for some small applications - seating app like where you arrange seats ). ** *Database features : *? ? We are using MySQL v5, and we are ok with using MyISAM for general database related operations, and InnoDB for data that needs to be exact and accurate ( generaly for payments ). If you can manage with only MyISAM, that is good too as long as it supports **1000+ users online at any time.** Using stored procedures is also recommended. *Team requirements :* **? - PHP Skills ? - Available on skype from 11 AM EST - 7 PM EST !IMPORTANT! ? - To have at least 3 PHP coders, 1 Project Manager ? - The selected team will be required to provide free bug fixing for at least 3 months.** >Main templates will be provided, we are already working on them, but you will need to create others based on our main templates. >Bonuses will be granted based on performance. >The selected team will need to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). **We are looking for? the full set of features and not loose any of what we plan to have. Each company will need to write us a proposal with timeframe for each feature ( estimated time to complete ) and also a full pricing scheme.** **We will need prior work examples. Whoever bids without prior "WOW examples, and when I mean "WOW" I mean ones that will have AJAX and will be complex websites. If you don`t have "WOW" sites you will also be rejected.** We need people that can actually speak english !! **Our maximum budget is set to $35.000. **After talking to alot of companies, that`s the most complete max price we can offer and should offer. We want a fully working website, and not a rapidly developed one for the sake of getting it done. You will be directly responsible for the code you put in. We already have a supervisor for this, and everything will be? checked, doubled checked and tested in the end. **I say this again, we will expect a full proposal from you after you get the feature list from us !!!
