271231 Forwarded URLs (webcrawlable)

Greetings! We have 10 domain names that are already forwarding to our main site. We would like to have the 10 domains set up under the primary domain so that the domains are crawled by the search engines. Not sure if this would be in the same category as SEO. I attached an example of what we use to have prior to having the site moved to our dedicated server however its no longer working.
