Single page web site updating using database from gocanvas.com using Webservices API

Hi, We are currently developing a simple way of keeping track of installiations on a programme of 250 sites. To do this we are going to give each fitter a Samsung Galaxy tab on android 2.2. We are using "[login to view URL]" and have used the software to produce a simple app, bascially when installer goes to site the app records the following: Site name: Date: Time in: Time out: Photo of install: Managers name: Any Comments: Signature of manager: this info is all sent back via mobile signal to go canvas which produces a PDF report page and also stores data as a API file for use for webpages: you can find some info on the API file here: [login to view URL] So bascially what we want to produce is a client log page hosted on our fasthosts virtual server. this page is to look something like the following: [login to view URL] I think it is self explanatory, but as each installer submits a new site it updates this page via the API.... Although sounds very simple I suspect it might not be possible with permissions of the PDFs etc on gocanvas.com.... Please let me know your cost to do the weblayout.... I will provide FTP passwords for the remote server or help in any way to set up databases etc? This needs to be completed by friday 21st Jan at the latest
