Only design algorithm/API for Linux lines command, for calculate MOS, PESQ, POLQA of telephony voice quality over by ITU norms. (P.800, P.862, P.863) Stage1: MOS / P.800 Stage2: PESQ / P.862 Stage3: POLQA / P.863 It's very important: experience and knowledges, in telecom academics and theory. Only design. We, who will program & encode this design. The design, would be the minimum for start the programing tasks. Please indicate the number of hours per stage. Please indicate capacity and knowledge that you have, for this project.
