Add Function To My Website (Restrict Number Of Image Can Upload Based On package)!

I use this themes for my website. Unfortunately, this themes didn't have function which user can only upload by the number of image that allow by owner website like : package 1 : only 1 image package 2 : only 10 image package 3 : only 20 image Right now, their function at that themes allow user to upload unlimited image. So i need your skill to add setting which is user can only upload their image based on package that they selected. They number of image restricted that user can upload, i can set direct from wp-admin. what ever number of package, what i ever image restriction for gallery photo, i can set direct from admin
