Hi, please explain in short what changes have been done during the update/migration. The domain name is the same? This might be a simple issue like your website previously responded to requests with www before the domain name and now it doesn't or the other way around. If this is part of the problem then modifying GA settings will show that what you are seing is in fact not what is happening. If SSl has been added during the update/migration then the problem is quite simialr to teh abive mentioned. But the "not found" errors in GA point to a more serious problem that needs to be investigated. Please provide the URL. Also let me know do you use Google Console (aka Google Webmaster Tools).
