We are looking for an experienced programmer who can install Zen Cart in English and Chinese separately, to build English and Chinese e-commerce sites for my Japanese client. (1 site in Chinese, 1 site in English for the same shop.) The Japanese site is 90% done. [login to view URL] The English version and Chinese version should be similar to this, although they do not have to be exactly the same. The work will be 1)installation of CMS 2)simple design of the top page 3)setup and customize the store, including some basic information pages 4)connect to payment system 5)load 5 items. The sites must be responsive. (= mobile friendly) The freelancer must be able to read and write English and Simplified Chinese, and have an experienced in connecting to Alipay.
