Convert a Template to a Website

This project is to slice a PSD file into php and html for a 1 page website contact form. The contact form should have the following functionality: To be able to send a confirmation email to the person sending the message, with the details of their message and a time-stamped confirmation message that says "Thank you for contacting us, we will reply to your message in the next 24 hours." The message area will be expandable from the corner, see jpeg attachment. The send button will change colour when clicked or hovered over. A pop up confirmation message window will open when the message has been sent saying, "Thank you, your message was successfully sent." In summary, the functionality of the contact form should interact with the user in exactly the same way as the contact form in the following link [login to view URL] The contact us form will also be installed into the root directory of the website by the freelancer to complete the assignment.
