Create Drupal Contacts Module for our app

Create a "Contacts module with rest endpoints for our drupal 7 site" project. 1- Create Entity for contact via entity API module 2- Add permission for user roles 3- Provide Add/Edit/Delete/View functionality for created entity 3- Provide upload functionality while using this user will able to import contacts from remote URL via batch process. 4- Create web services for Add/Edit/Delete/View in rest JSON format. I will extend services module api and will create extra resource for our created entity. Miscellaneous details: We need a Drupal 7 module developed that can do the following: Contact management (like contancts on a mobile phone) add contact edit contact delete contact upload contact view contacts These operations should be supported both through user interface (Drupal php pages) & through custom module REST API. (You would need API endpoints/urls to handle these operations)
