I have an illustrator document that outlines what i am looking to have as a wordpress template, there are some cool transitions i would like to have like fade in etc, I have designed them and also left notes. I would like this to be converted into a wordpress template i can have on my site. Key things to note. No html4 crap. Pure html5 css3. Leverage the ability to have the outline in my design an actual html background video of my logo, that doesn't exist yet, but plan on it with revision slider if you want to.

i have been working on word press for many years. Its quite simple ,not that hard to learn. I have learnt connecting MySQL database with any wordpress template. Adding transitions and animations to the template is not a difficult job to do. I have done a lot of work using HTML5 and CSS3 for sight design and layout.
