Create a WordPress Template

this is my website: [login to view URL] i need this website in wordpress with all the pages. 1- u need to work in my host wordpress 2- i don't want anything copy paste , the template must be created in wordpress. 3- we are selling vpn , when anyone press checkout the site will redirect to the bank (works with merchant code) after payment it will come back to my site and it will give the username and password to the client. u have to make a list of username and password somewhere , when they come back to my site , site automatically give one of my username and passwords 4- we are selling 1 month and 2 month and 3 month and 6 month and 12 month vpn 5- the site must have a client area so they can check period time of the account. 6- clients they provide only email and checkout. after checkout they have to see their username and password and login options in one page, also must send a same copy to their email addresses 7- in client area must be somewhere they can renew their vpn. 8- all the emails must be go somewhere so i can email them like e newsletter 9- site must send email to the client automatically when 3 days left to expire the vpn. and one email same day when vpn expire. budget is $60 bid only if u accept my price and u accept u can make all of them, payment will release when everything uploaded to my website and works fine.
