Need a simple WordPress template created out of my PSD landing page file. The landing page looks like the attached picture. Functionality is as follows: Functioning email contact form Full one-page (no scrolling bar on the side) Functioning pricing slider, as seen in design There will be additional work if this is done well. This needs to be done by Friday night (about 48 hours from now).
