I require a bespoke loading screen which fills a greyed out version of a logo with colour as the webpage loads behind it. I have attached designs of the loading phases and how I expect the finished page to work. Once the page is loaded it should fade into the page behind it smoothly. I need the loading page to be easily added to every page of a wordpress website.
