Create blog and store in Wordpress from graphics files

Attached are image files to be used for a store and a blog in Wordpress. The homepage of this marketing site is HTML/PHP, but the blog section and the store are in WP. Need the files converted to a WP theme, and the site built and made functional. You will not be responsible for populating the store with actual items, nor will you be creating blog posts. Just making sure all is functional. This site will need to be functional very quickly. Provide your time estimate in days so that we can choose a Freelancer effectively. Given the short duration of the this project, we will be creating one milestone for payment - the project completed milestone. The milestone will be fully funded when the project starts - so there will be no danger of not getting paid. Do not ask for a payment up front, or for more than one milestone.
