i can design you this point of sale system which can be operated offline as well at more than one systems, all the queries will be managed online and the system will keep a log of data when system is updated online. when the system get online after being offline it will update all the data through offline database, plus the system will be secured from changes except with master key and the cloud database will be checked and through a small master program or app.
