Employee Portal System – Custom PHP Project This is a comprehensive employee portal system that will allow companies and employees to be added to complete modules for training. Once the training is complete, they will be able to have printable certificates generated (templates provided for quizzes, certificates and modules) Timelines are very important and we have previously engaged another Freelancer to complete this project who was not able to deliver and so we are seeking another. Please provide ACCURATE and GUARANTEED timelines that you can adhere to. This project is very time sensitive and updates need to be provided DAILY. General User – a user who has purchased access to a module that has been made publicly available and paid for this using PayPal only. - Can purchase modules or keys on an as-needed basis - ability to login and see training that is due, has been completed, and is in progress, based on purchases - able to view and make any changes to profile Employee – A user employed by a company who is set to be able to complete training as assigned by the company manager or site admin - ability to login and see training that is due, has been completed, and is in progress - able to view profile but not make any changes except to password - access to help section and other sections which will consists of categories of PDF’s - can begin and complete modules, and begin/complete quiz’s, all information should be tracked - able to print off certification cards for completed training Company Manager – A user who has been granted manager access to a company profile as per the site admin - ability to login and see training for themselves that is due, has been completed, and is in progress - able to view reports of employee training and see status of specific employees or all on training completed, not completed, or In progress - able to assign modules to employees based on modules that are granted to the company by site admin - able to add/remove/edit employees for their company - able to add/remove/edit PDF sections and PDF files to each of the categories - able to search for specific employees to view completion status - able to adjust training cards, edit scores and training dates on all modules - able to receive monthly or bi-monthly emails of non-completion of staff training - able to customize the header banner for their company and all the employees to see upon login - able to print off completion cards for completed training – self or employees Site Admin – Site staff, able to allocate company managers, employees, and manage site settings. - able to add/edit/delete company managers or employees - able to create modules based on inserting pre-made html in a database - all other company manager functions - able to add companies, and assign modules to said companies - able to add departments and positions for the company – purely for organizational purposes only – and to make reports easier to create Site Features: - header image should be dynamic and changeable by each company - email notification system will notify users when their training is X amount of days from expiration for renewal - ability to post PDF or doc files for the PDF listings as above - searching systems for users, companies, pdf’s, etc…. where needed - recording of quiz scores, keeping records of all attempts - payments via PayPal only.
