Customization and modification WordPress web system(hotel booking) -- 2

Hi i have a booking hotel web,im doing for my [login to view URL] using wordpress platform and using soho theme([login to view URL]) u can see and try the theme. i need some modification with the system: [login to view URL] to put category of booking based on membership(i have two category walkin and government servant) so the room price is different based on this category,so i need the programmer do the modification in admin dashboard,for accomodation and i can set the price based on the category. 2.i need the ability,when the client fill the form for booking,they also can book and fill the information for his friend,so one form can add additional person for one booking step. 3in the signup step(booking step),after they fill the form,and click next,there will be a popup show "term&condition" they need to click agreed to go to next step.
