Designing a new software for Real Estate

I was a founder/CEO of a software company that I sold in 2000, today is traded in stock market under Ellie Mae!!!! Being away from industry because of health issue has put me away from any business development. I am a software engineer/civil engineer and for past 16 years Real Estate broker. I am 60 years old but with great idea that I have developed it for past few years that will change the way Real Estate business is going to happen, The PLS system. This system will empower Brokers, Sellers and buyers, It is a transaction based money making machine, it will not change the norm of doing business as it happens today yet gives a very power tools to agents to sell properties, faster, better, buyers will have more freedom for matching their criteria with properties and fully bi-directional communication with sellers or agents The Real Estate business is chaotic, scattered very hard for agents and individual to do the business, sites like [login to view URL], Trulia, etc exits but their data is not live and has delay 3 days after a property is listed in MLS. To Realtors, MLS is the only portal that is used for selling a property and if the property is not in MLS the poor agent has to go through many advertising, marketing in order to sell the property and if it is listed in MLS it harms the property for value in several ways. I do have all the resources to make this happen all by myself but I am looking for a partner to make this billion dollars company together ( I am 60 and I am looking for a young motivated partner, I am open for you to take the CEO position) PLS is transaction based system and each time an agent list a property PLS will charge the agent a nominal fee… thus there will be no collection problem, no legal problem, no exposure to any liability, just like a computer helps, PLS helps to make things better.
