Develop a Multi-tenant Web Application

We need someone who can develop a multi-tenant cloud-based application for an HR solution we have conceptualised. This HR solution will have 9 modules, some of which have interdependencies between them. The ideal developer would be someone who: - can translate a concept and create this into a cloud based application - can effectively communicate in English - can effectively translate technical terms and communicate these in layman terms - will present us with a project plan for the whole lifecycle of the project - has a creative flair that can create attractive but very clean user interface design for the application - can produce a tidy database design for this project - work ethic, time integrity and a stickler to budget would be beneficial We have most of the concept documented and we would be selecting developers who bid to a Skype interview, which includes us talking about the concept solution, before we award this project.
