Develop a simple MLM simple to integrate with my website

I have a subscription based website and I need someone to develop a simple Multi Level,MLM, Marketing system that I Can integrate with my existing website later. The system should go four levels down and unlimited horizontally. All I need is a simple dashboard for the user to see their downline, a referral link to invite members with and for them to be able to see what they have made over a period of time. The user should be able to use the same information they used to sign up on the website in the system. A notification email should be sent to the user each time they get a new downline. Members should have display on the dashboard showing them when the expiry date for their subscription is. If someone at the top of the line does not renew their subscription, their downline should still be able to access the system and earn money but anyone who fails to renew their account should not be able to earn anything from their downline during the period over which their account is inactive. There should be an admin panel to control how much a user earns for each level of referral and show how many users are there on the system and to manage them. The money can either be automatically sent to the users paypal or skrill account each time a downline signs up or it can be stored in an online wallet for them to withdraw at will.
