Using Skrollr.JS to customize Parallax on my website

Need some minor Wordpress optimizations and an instance of [login to view URL] implemented on my site. If you have enough experience to properly code this into my wordpress site then I am sure you will be able to fix the other small issues I am having. I am looking to pay someone for a couple hours of work right now and then if all goes well, I have plenty of other larger projects. Please be 100% proficient in English and with JS/Wordpress. Explain your experience with something similar to Skrollr so that I know you read this entire description please. I can give an example to what I am looking for upon request. Cheers
