Amazon Warehouse Refresh/Instant Buy

Hello, so here is what i'm looking for: A script/program that checks from a list of items sold by amazon warehouse i define, and that that's constantly refreshing the amazon API (every 5 seconds) for that item, and when it hits a price or under that price defined by me, it automatically buys the item through my amazon login account, timming in here is crucial so i need something that's really refreshing the amazon API so i can get the item faster. I only need the fresh to be through amazon warehouse seller and nothing else Refresh has to be every 5 seconds Preferably i would need this to autobuy the item, but if that's not achievable, an instant notification I need the software to be simple as i'm not a programer/scripter. I will decide for the person who can do this better in the terms i mentioned and that works as i need.
