I work as a consultant in a digital-webplatform where customers post "cases" in real-time through the platform. The "cases" is posted via the platform in "real-time" and hand picked by clicking on each case and sending a message to the customer saying that I taken on the case. Each case is then closed after a short phone call is made by me to confirm that the case is accurate. I would like help to code a bot that open up the cases for me (there is dozens posted by I only handle a few specific ones with specific name tags) and then I want the bot to copy the case-number into a booking system + phone number to the person to call to save me time from watching the screen in real-time which is very time consuming. The booking system needs to be easily managed to limit a certain number of cases per day, for example maximum 20/day, after this the bot should move on and book on the next day. I dont know which language is appropiate so I choose "other". There is some things I didnt mention in my post which I need to know if its a problem: 1. The website is in swedish only 2. To access the web-platform you need a certified computer, in my case its my computer only, and the platform is accessed through a "google-key"-type of system. Please tell me its still possible to go around this somehow!
