Bow component in Php

Need this to function inside [login to view URL] This is the data structure I believe the need and the Final view of what it need to be. On the first page these are the steps When open 1) load the year field to all possible years (1987 to current year) 2) when year is clicked Load all current know bows that has lead fall into that year 3) When Manufacturer is clicked, load the bows that meet BOTH criteria on the 3rd pop menu 4) when Specific bow is clicked. Load the images and the data to the page 5) do a one to many search to the components on table 2 6) while loading related table 3 to get data to complete the listing view. 7) add and calculate each component line, and if the total is different than what is store in Table 1, update it 8) update the click to purchase button so specific link can be used.
