I want to make a nice-looking website for documentation, where some users (admin which require username and passwords) can upload/ delete/update folders and files and view them, other users (no login credentials required) can only view the content of the folders and the files. The web site will be hosted in local server, database is MySQL server needed for admin account users list and passwords. Preferred language is php, The web site must contain at least 3 main pages: 1- document management (upload/ delete/update folders and files) 2-docuementation view (no access control required) 3-users (admin) list management which available only for admins. Workflow description: a web link will be opened by any user, then a splash popup will be shown, where the user will select between admin user or guest, if guest is selected (by click) the view documentation page will open letting the user to navigate between folders and view all the files. But if admin user is selected, then a popup for login credentials will be vied asking the user to input username and password, if the login is successful, the page for administration of the documents will be shown.
