Build image annotation website using ReactJS (that can be converted to ReactNative)

I want to build an image annotation website. Similar to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ** I will provide UI mockups *** 1. What do you recommend and why? PHP, Ruby on Rails, or NodeJS. I am okay with any of these 3 options. 2. Everything should be AJAX-ed and done as much on client's front-end as much as possible using JS instead of server side technology 3. Must be fast and work concurrently with multiple people being able to see an image being edited in real-time. So as a viewer looking at same image someone else is editing, I can see them moving things and deleting, etc. Just like any Google Doc drawings or documents. 4. Use MySQL or a NoSQL database? 5. Work with Google Vision API to automatically tag images that people upload Regular User Features 1) Login using email/password or use Facebook or Google or Twitter 2) Share images via link or social media and see related images that others have drawn using the same source image 3) See which images are most viewed and favorited 4) Search for images based on tags 5) Upload images to annotate. Upload via File upload and via URL 6) Upload multiple images to edit on single screen. So I can upload 3-4 images and use them together in one image board. 7) Resize/Rotate/Recolor/Transparency level/ for images. Similar to editing functions above in those sample apps 8) Image-pop up library with categories. Like animals, cars, stickers, etc, etc. 9) User can upload new images to their catalog for use as stickers 10) User can create an animated booklet of different annotated images together. So they can create different pieces of images with stickers. And combine them into a booklet with a single URL. It'll require an editor where they can drag and drop in the images they have created. Sort of like Powerpoint interface on the left where user drags the thumbnails to change orders. 11) There is also text function to add text and user can change text font, color, size, transparency 12) Function to select objects to erase, align, space apart, etc. 13) Flag entries which are objectionable Admin features 1) Delete entries submitted by people 2) See list of entries submitted last [x] days 3) Add/Edit/Delete sticker libraries 4) Add/Edit/Delete stickers that people can use from the common libraries. Can add new stickers to library via FILE UPLOAD or URL 5) Ban users and their IP addresses
