Build a iOS & Android app including backend

*Concept* „Challenge“ is an online platform to challenge a friend to do something. Example: „I challenge you to take a bath in a public fountain“. For this, you invite a group of friends to a play group. The creator of this playgroup automatically is the first „challenger“. He then starts by asking the first challenge from the next player in the group, which becomes the „challenged“. The „challenged“ can either accept or decline the challenge. There's a timeframe of 12 hours for that. If the „challenged“ accepts the challenge, he must submit a video-proof of how he did the challenge. The „challenger“ that created the challenge has then a timeframe of 12 hours to review the video-proof and accept/decline it. If the proof is accepted, the „challenged“ gets +1 points. If the proof isn't accepted or he didn't submit one in the timeframe, he will get -1 points. If the „challenged“ declines the challenge, it'll be passed on to the next player in the group, and he will become the „challenged“. *Workflow* - New users can sign up by Facebook or E-Mail/PW - A current user invites other users by sending a link by e-mail, messengers, social-networks. He can import his adress-book into the app to choose friends he wants to invite. - A challenge can be selected from popular challenges or entered by the challenger. - The “challenged” can record a video directly in the app and it will be uploaded directly onto our youtube-account. *App* - iOS and Android - Push-Notifications when -- you are invited to a new round -- you get challenged -- your challenge has a status change (accepted, declined, proof submitted) -- proof accepted / declined *Website* - no gaming-functions - view popular / active groups - view most recent video-proofs - send invitation request to group - landing page when invitation-link is clicked to switch to app / request user to install app - report video to administrator *Admin* - Add/edit/ban/remove users (ban for x days) - see user-reported videos - remove videos *Technical* - Backend written in PHP/mySQL - App written in a cross-compiling framework
