Building Laravel Plugin under Wordpress for Property Management System

Please read carefully before applying if you want this job. We have a basic Wordpress template using Laravel that need to be graphically changed and we need a custom plugin to manage everything below. The database is already specified and we dont update, insert or delete any properties. We read them and add things to them in differents tables. We do not want any existing plugin and everything needs to be custom made. 1. Property management module creation: 1.1 Management of properties 1.1.1 Add/remove pictures of properties 1.1.2 Add/remove documents 1.1.3 Add/remove detailed listing document 1.2 Mass email management 1.2.1 Select properties to create a template and send in Campaign Monitor (Or Mailchimp if easier to integrate) 1.2.2 Always have 1 featured property and 1 or multiple other properties selectable (Follow template provided) 1.2.3 Once you select all properties to send, click next and preview the actual mailing 1.2.4 Once all is ok click on Finish to send the mailing to Campaign Monitor ready to be sent 2. Document management for properties 2.1 General Documents 2.1.1 Upload of different documents: Taxes municipale, invoices, etc. 2.1.2 Each document must have a checkbox to specify if its a Private or Public document - 2.1.3 Name will be grayed out if private and not logged in 2.1.4 Private files are accessible by any registered user of Wordpress (Approved by customer) 2.1.5 Public files are accessible by any users 2.2 Detailed Listing Document 2.2.1 Upload of this document that is linked to the “Download detailed listing” 2.2.2 This is a public document by default but can also be set to private using a checkbox 3. User management (Using tailored login and registration, we don't want any Wordpress default page and url to appear) 3.1 Users can register for a registered user accounts 3.2 These accounts need to be approved by customer 3.3 Registration needs: Name, email, phone, company & accept newsletter checkbox 3.4 Users need to be synchronized with Campaign Monitor (new users, deleted users or inactive users) 4. Mass mailing integration with Campaign Monitor 4.1 We must get the template integrated with Campaign Monitor 4.2 Template will be provided in XD format or in a cutup form (HTML/CSS) 4.3 Develop or use API to synchronise registered users from Wordpress with Users from Campaign Monitor 4.4 Synchronisation of registered users with Campaign Monitor should be done at 9am each morning. Also allow a button to manually synchronise. 5. Evaluation and other website forms 5.1 Waiting for customer to provide all form fields for each form (name, email, all other form specific fields). 5.2 See if possible to also include the “newsletter box” in order to have the person register at the same time he filles out this form (Once register, the person get added to Campaign monitor and both sync together) All built using Laravel.
