Create me a custom Discord Bot

I need the following: 1. Discord bot that announces Woocommerce orders to Discord via a Discord Bot. 2. When an employee wants to claim an order via discord, it must be through a raffle system (similar to Telegram). Ex. They click on a emote that is pre-existing when the order pops up. Then they are entered into the raffle for a chance at the order. 3. Lets say that Person 1 wins the raffle for the order. Next, the discord bot would message the Person 1 with the rest of the order notes. 4. Person 1 would do the task, then either write or press an emote to complete the order. 5. The order details in DMs would then disappear from DMs. 6. Once the order is complete, it copies who and for how much the order was done. 7. Payout calculator for each person registered on system.
