Create ios app that shows push notification when data is stored into MySQL database

Hi everyone, I have an Android application and I am looking for someone to create it in ios version (For Apple phones). A little bit description about the app. When you open the app, it should show a Welcome screen (Splash screen)for 3 seconds. If you open it for the first time, it will show a registration page to enter a unique ID. (When you enter the Unique ID, it will check if it is available into the MySQL database and accept it) Then it will show the main page. There are 2 buttons. 1 will open my website through WebView. The other one will go to the settings. My website is based on vehicle GPS Live tracking service and is connected with a white-labeled server. The server has a possibility to send alert notifications by email or WebHook. i've created a webhook in each customer's profile including a UNIQUE ID. Wherever a vehicle overspeeds or gps alarm activates, the server send a webhook to my website with the unique id. This will be saved into MYSQL Database. Now, The app needs to check when a webhook is saved into database, if it is the same unique id as he have, SHOW it immediately as a PUSH NOTIFICATION on the user's phone (or device). In the settings page of the app, you can choose to enable/disable vibration. and there are 2 type of sounds. 1 long alarm type (there is 3 sounds to choose) This will sound if the webhook is of an alarm 1 short alarm type (there is also 3 sounds to choose) This will sound if a vehicle overspeeds. For this i need it to be applied also in the Android phone i already have. every time someone enter a unique id, it need to store it including phone's id into mysql database and check if phone's id is banned. otherwise show error message. I need this application for IOS phones. PS. i already have an Apple Developer account ready I will be looking forward for the best offer. Thanks in advance
