Create magento 2 module that will post via api some calls --

You need to create magento 2 module that will display in grid: OrderID,name surname, city, country billing,total paid by customer, is transfered via api (yes/no), option to select all records or only not transfered and click to transfer records. The call can be done in any language but should be like this to create invoice: [login to view URL] (use google translate to english) The rule for transferring total amounts is next: Example 1: Total amount paid by client is 50 euro. It contains 2 articles where 1 is paid 20 euro and 2nd is paid 30 euro. Shipping amount is 0. Total weight or articles is 0,8 kilos and as its delivered for germany shipping price is 10 euro. We use table rate system of price per weight in magento (regardless of what order invoice says). VAT is 25% and it is calculated for all items in order except shipping and if client have VATID. What is calculation: 50-10 =40 eur total items with vat and 10 euro shipping without vat. API should send this 2 items totalling 40 euro (with discount % on each item 1 should be20 euro with 20% discount and item 2 should be 30 euro with 20% discount) and one service as shipping as 10 euro. Example 2: Client from Poland bought 1 item for 10 euro and he paid 5 euro for shipping. As weight is 0,3 kg the price for it is 5 euro. We transfer 10 euro for items at 25% vat and 5 euro with 0% vat as shipping service bill item There should be option to delete bills from selected month and option to check if all bills are transmited. Only "Complete" status orders should be transferred.
