Create an Online HR System and integrate with Access Control / Time Attendance SDK/Hardware

The software SDK for the access control is provided. SDK for Access Control URL: [login to view URL] The modules required for development (similar to WebHR) includes: - Employees Self Service - Dynamic Dashboards - Recruitment (ATS) - Time & Attendance - Leaves / PTO - Shift Scheduler - Extensive Reports - Realtime Chat - Trainings - Files - Discussions - Employees Directory - Inbox - Employee Badges - Expense Claims - Calendar - Travel Authorization - Payroll - Performance Monitoring - Benefits - Forms - Jobs Portal - eTrack - eSignature - Goals Setting - Surveys - Account/Users restrictions - Subscription model I require customisation of the payroll function. The payroll function will need to tie in to suit local context in terms of additional information required (such as CPF and IRAS, etc). Monthly export of CPF report is required, and annual generated of IRAS IR8A is required as well, on top of all the normal usual payroll functions. Format/Guidelines for CPF is attached. Format/Guidelines for IRAS IR8A can be found at the below URL: "[login to view URL]" The Access Control SDK is needed so that the entry logs data of the employees can be also uploaded to the server database for calculation of hours worked/payroll. There should be the options of either (1) First-In-Last-Out method, and/or (2) Manual Clock-In/Clock-Out records that can be retrieved from the device itself. The access control software can be installed locally in the local LAN with the data extracted automatically from the device on a preset period and uploaded to the online database. People bidding for this project look through all the specs and SDK/Attached Guidelines carefully before bidding. They should also be very familiar with the HR software (WebHR) and ZKTeco Access Control system. Please also quote 2 prices, with and without IOS & Android App development.
