Hi. I am actually working on Android app for vpnshazam like purevpn and would be able to do it for you. I surely am the perfect guy for your job. Android implementation is not easy for vpn and only OpenVPN is supported on the app. other protocols need manual configuration. I have spent days developing the app and have the source ready now.
