I need a web app that can pull data from a website based on the license number I enter into the web app. Once the data is pulled, i need it to be saved in a database that I can later export into an excel spreed sheet, preferably .CSV. Once the data is exported, That I should be able to clear out the database, but be able to keep pulling future data as needed.

I will enter what ever license number I want: example: 1037410
and I want the Web App to pull the: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, License Issue Date, and Personnel List Names.
Once data is pulled, I need it to be saved to export to excel in the future. I also need the option to clear the database after the data is exported.
