Sales Agent Web Portal (Maybe Wordpress??) with product, and sales records

I need to get a web based portal developed for sales agents to log in to access, products, and sales records. We have about 5 different products we sell with about 3 different price ranges each products. We need a portal where an agent can log in, create proposals from a web form that after filled out, it will email a proposal to the customer in a PDF that has forms. Proposal needs to have pricing based on the packages we offer. After proposal is sent, customer may accept, and once accepted, that becomes a closed sale for that agent records of sales in the proposal. The portal should have a menu of the different products we sell, to be able to select the product, and it will move them to a page with more information about the product, documents, product knowledge resources, links, (that we can change). Once clicking on the menu with the product, the agent is to be able to type up a proposal based on the pricing we provide in the portal. We need to have the ability to add and suspend sales agents, modify sales agents sales records, move from active sales, to suspended sales records. Upload documents, proposal templates, add and remove items from sales products. We where thinking of using a Wordpress platform, but we are open to anything that might be better. The portal has to be mobile optimized, and be able to work with iOS iPads.
