Hi, not sure how you guys are using woocommerce for receiving payments of students, I mean you can process payments but its not built for school payments where they come in installments in random times. anyways here is my idea. I can build a plugin with your payment gateway(no woocommerce, direct integration with payment system) so your school will have a page for parents/students to login&pay the fee for a specific student. in the dashboard, will create a new menu for all payments based on students name, when you click on a student name, you will see details of total installments paid, and whats due etc. and also options to filter/sort like who paid full, sorting based on total paid, displaying specific class students etc(options are up to your plans) coming to my experience, I have built some huge payment plugins on wordpress for almost all payment companies in Brazil and my main area is ecommerce, I also have my other plugin approved and hosted by wordpress.org. please message me if you want to discuss about this. thanks for reading my proposal.
