Custom Wordpress Plugin for Facebook Posting from WP Backend

Hello, I need a custom Facebook Plugin that can do the following: Pusblish current news (Edited in the backend in plugin -text/image/link) on Wordpress site in style of the rest of the site. We are currently building the site. You get ftp and mysql access so you will have to set the hooks in php code that everything is published will appear in some sort of slider/carousel mode in a section defined as current news on the start page. At the same time this news that is published on the website shall also be automatically published on the Facebook site of my client. Therefore in the backend there needs to be a config section in the plugin to configure the credentials to connect to the FB page (and change this page if neccessary) Als there needs to be an overview of the published news where client can change the order, edit or delete the news items. When clients creates new news item and publishs it the idea is it will appear at the current news section as described above and it will at the same time also be published on Facebook. After process is done there should be success message or catching error message and showing these.
